This document sets out the Terms and Conditions that apply when you use our website or purchase from us. Please read it carefully — it contains important information about your rights and responsibilities, and we want you to feel fully informed before working with us.

By visiting our website, using our services or purchasing any of our offerings, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not continue to use our website or purchase from us.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Please check back periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Where specific terms are provided to you in relation to a particular service, product or program, those specific terms take precedence over this document to the extent of any inconsistency.

All products and services are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Content Policy

We take care to provide valuable, high-quality content, but we cannot be responsible for how you use or apply that information. No professional relationship is formed simply by visiting our website — a relationship begins only when you choose to work with us by enrolling in a program or purchasing our services.

Any testimonials or outcomes we reference are based on our experience and those of previous participants. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

While we take reasonable care to ensure our content is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties in this regard and disclaim legal liability for any inaccuracy, incompleteness or error. If you notice something that needs correction, we'd love to hear from you.

We may modify, update or remove content from our website at any time and without notice.

Visitor Responsibilities

You take full responsibility for how you implement any information, guidance or suggestions made available through our website or training programs. Our offerings are designed to offer you options for your own consideration — you remain solely responsible for any choices you make. We encourage you to do your own research, consult your own values, and make informed decisions.

Our training and educational content is designed to support connection with your own intuitive wisdom and facilitate personal and spiritual growth. It is not a substitute for appropriately qualified medical or mental health advice.

Downloads

Where we make files available for download, we take reasonable care to ensure they are safe. However, we are not responsible for any viruses, malware or other technologically harmful material that may result from downloading content from our website. Please ensure you maintain appropriate internet security on your devices.

External Links

We may link to affiliated websites and may receive a benefit if you click through or make a purchase. We select our affiliates carefully, but we have no control over and are not responsible for the content of external sites. Any transaction you enter into with a third party via an external link is between you and that party.

Our Offerings

Sigourney Belle offers a range of practitioner training programs, mentorships, and educational content — all grounded in a unique synthesis of clinical somatic practice and esoteric wisdom traditions, including Tantra, Ayurveda, Buddhist medicine, Astrology, Yoga Therapy and Shamanism.

The terms in this document apply to all our offerings unless alternative terms are expressly provided to you in relation to a specific program.

We work in a living, evolving way, and our programs may develop and shift from their original descriptions to accommodate deeper or more expansive experiences. As a mystery school, we bring through teachings that are alive and responsive to the moment — the structure and delivery of our programs is subject to change.

Sigourney has extensive experience within Australian hospital systems and has worked with thousands of patients across inpatient, outpatient and rehabilitation settings using trauma-informed practice, with over twelve years' experience leading a global spiritual-based education and training organisation.

We are committed to delivering our programs with integrity, diligence and genuine care, through facilitators who are appropriately qualified and skilled in their respective areas.

All trainers and facilitators have completed intensive mentorship with Sigourney, and only experienced practitioners are invited into this mentorship. All facilitators are highly qualified in their individual fields.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, supported container for all participants throughout our programs.

Your Responsibility as a Participant

As a participant in any of our programs, you are asked to commit fully — to show up, engage with the practices and integration work, and complete any introductory content before your program begins.

You agree to be present for all live training sessions and to remain for the duration of each session. We ask that you honour the integrity of the facilitator-participant relationship and maintain a respectful and professional standard of conduct. Given the depth and intimacy of the work we undertake together, pursuing a personal relationship with a facilitator while participating in one of our programs is considered a boundary violation and may result in the termination of your participation.

Important Information

Our programs are known for facilitating profound inner transformation — and yet we cannot guarantee this will be your experience. We encourage you to enter with a clear intention, open heart and willingness to do the inner work.

Your results depend on many factors unique to you, including your willingness to receive uncomfortable truths, engage with vulnerability and honesty, follow recommendations around nervous system care and integration, and take genuine responsibility for your own process.

We monitor participant wellbeing throughout our programs. If we have genuine concerns about your psychological state, we reserve the right to contact your next of kin to support your care. However, this does not extend our duty of care. We are not mental health professionals and may miss important signs. You are solely responsible for your own mental health and for any physical, mental or emotional responses that arise during your participation.

While Sigourney and some facilitators hold medical backgrounds or diagnostic training, no diagnosis of any kind is made within our programs. Similarly, no legal or financial advice is offered. If you have concerns that fall outside the scope of our work, it is your responsibility to consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Waiver of Liability

We do not make guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of material on our website, except as required by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer protection legislation.

If something goes wrong that is not the direct result of our negligence, misrepresentation or deliberate fault, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, damage to reputation, or the cost of substitute goods or services — arising from your use of our website, products or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programs is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

You may not reproduce, copy or exploit any part of our content without our written consent. You are welcome to share publicly available content (such as blog posts) through social media, provided you link back to the original source.

You may link to our website provided you do so in a fair and lawful manner that does not misrepresent any association, approval or endorsement on our part.

We own the following registered trade marks, which may not be used without a licence: Body Cosmology®, EADEN®, and Parasympathetic Pleasure®.

Payment Terms

Program prices and available payment plans are listed on our website. Enrolment in a program creates a payment obligation. You may choose to pay in full or enter a payment plan where one is offered.

All payment plans are processed automatically via Stripe as a direct debit from your nominated account. Your first payment must be made at least 7 days before your program commences.

All fees are listed in US dollars. Australian clients: pricing is inclusive of GST.

Payment may be made via Stripe on our website platform. Full payment may also be made by direct deposit or PayPal on request.

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payment plan instalments. If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to process the payment twice more. If payment continues to fail, access to your program will be paused while we contact you to resolve the matter. All sessions and services are postponed until payment is received.

We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of $20 USD for late payments where we are required to follow up. You agree to pay all reasonable costs — including debt collection and legal fees — that we incur in recovering any outstanding amounts, whether or not legal proceedings are initiated.

Delivery

Our programs are delivered through a combination of live online workshops via Zoom and self-directed learning through our online portal. Occasional live, in-person intensives may also be held at retreat centres.

Full delivery details for each program are available in your online training portal, which you will receive access to following enrolment and acceptance of the relevant agreement.

Live recordings are available via your portal for the duration of the training plus three months post-completion. Self-paced online trainings are available for six months from the date of enrolment.

Attendance

Attendance at live training sessions is expected, except in cases of serious illness or circumstances genuinely beyond your control. For 1:1 sessions, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you are unable to attend.

If a session must be cancelled due to facilitator illness or technical issues, a rescheduling email will be sent within 12 hours.

Refund Policy and Consumer Guarantees

When you enrol in one of our programs, you are making a commitment to yourself and to us. We ask that you thoroughly research our offerings and confirm your readiness before enrolling.

There is no refund if you change your mind, regardless of when you choose to withdraw. Once your deposit is paid, you have committed to the full program and the full payment — including where you are on a payment plan.

Payment plans are offered to support your investment, not to reduce your commitment. You are required to complete all instalments in full, even if you choose to withdraw from the program.

If you are prevented from participating due to extraordinary circumstances genuinely beyond your control, please contact us. A credit note may be offered at our sole discretion if you contact us at least two weeks before your program begins. Credits may only be applied to an equivalent program and must be used within 12 months.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation for conduct we deem disrespectful or unacceptable. We will issue a written warning outlining the issue and what is required for resolution. If the conduct continues, we will terminate your agreement without refund. You will be notified by email and your portal access will be revoked. We offer one closing call with a facilitator, to be taken within two weeks of termination.

If you experience any concern with our services, please let us know within 7 days. We genuinely want to understand what has happened and will work toward a fair resolution.

We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously. Where a major problem cannot be resolved, our liability is strictly limited to re-delivering the program or, if that is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, covering the cost of an equivalent program being supplied elsewhere.

Respectful Communication

We reserve the right to remove any comments on our website or social media channels that are rude, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. We ask everyone in our community to engage with care and respect.

Dispute Resolution

Negotiation

If a concern or dispute arises, we ask that both parties communicate with genuine good faith and an intention to find a workable resolution.

Please email sigourney@sigourneybelle.com to begin the process. We will respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion within 14 days, both parties agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited mediator. Where both parties are not located in New South Wales, online or telephone mediation may be used.

A mediator will be appointed by mutual agreement. If agreement is not reached within 21 days of the close of the negotiation period, the party initiating the dispute will seek an appointment through the President of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Mediation costs will be shared equally between the parties.

Neither party will commence legal proceedings until the mediator determines that negotiation and mediation possibilities have been exhausted, except where urgent interlocutory relief is required.

Non-disparagement

All participants and clients agree to refrain from publicly or privately disparaging Sigourney Belle or anyone associated with our organisation. Any conduct or communication reasonably likely to interfere with our business or personal interests will be treated as a breach of this agreement. We offer the same commitment in return.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably agree that, if dispute resolution processes are exhausted, the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of where in the world you are located.
